We had (almost too much) excitement

Dear Mpala Team

This has been our 3rd visit to MPala, and we have enjoyed each one of them

We have been here for 2 weeks now and we have never seen so many wild animals so close, let us just mention: A leopard walking right ext to the car – I could have touched it if I wanted (but I didnt ☺️) It is such a amazing and powerfull animal.

At our trips to kruger we saw the first group of Big 5’s before noon. And the second group the day after. All of the Big5’s were wilhin 10 meters from the car.

At the Mpale lodge we had (almost too much) excitement when we sat on the porch and a pride of 2 male and 5 females, young (2-3 years old) suddenly came walking right next to the house just below the porch.

Luckily the were not too hungry so they just kept walking East… and on, and on…
