 The table is set with a tablecloth and candles in a true ”Karen Blixen” style. The chef prepares the food in iron pots while large tender steaks are grilled on the open fire in the old safari style. We serve a sundowner champagne, because as Karen Blixen said: “Safari without champagne is not a real safari, just a good experience.”
