The Panorama Route is a legendary drive through the pretty Draken Mountains north east of Johannesburg. The trip offers a true cornucopia of magnificent nature sceneries of mountains, views, waterfalls, the gold digger town of Pilgrims Rest, the Three Rondavels in Blyde River Canyon, Bourkes Luck Potholes, shopping and much more.
There is a lot to experience on the Panorama Route. This trip takes place over two days, the first day being arrival and relaxation after your flight. Keep in mind that your South African vacation is prolonged by one day when you choose the Panorama Route.
Make sure to arrange your fligt to arrival on a Sunday at the airport in Nelspruit (Kruger Mpumalange International Airport, KMIA) where we will have your transfer ready. Our guide awaits you and drive you to the hotel Casa Do Sol (due to availability) in Hazywiev.
You will spend the rest of the day at the hotel Casa Do Sol relaxing and adjusting to Africa or enjoying a cooling dip in the hotel swimming pool.
The next morning you will be picked up by your guide at the hotel, and the Panorama Route starts right there, driving through beautiful banana plantations and eucalyptus forests while grand nature sceneries await ahead.
